Pork with peaches and peas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g stewed peaches
  • 400g peas (frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • thyme sprigs or sprouts for garnish
  • stewed peaches for garnish


  1. Slice the sirloin, smear it with the mashed peaches and the butter and fry it in the olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. After that, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 13 minutes. Take it out of the oven and put it on warm plates.
  3. Blanch the peas and add it to the meat.
  4. Garnish the dish with thyme or sprouts, and also with the stewed peaches.

Tip: The dish can also be prepared with stewed apricots.
