Oven-baked peppers with stuffing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 roasted marinated peppers
  • 100g processed cheese
  • 100g yellow cheese
  • 100g smoked fillet
  • 100g pickles
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • cooking oil to grease the baking pan


  1. Dice the fillet and the pickles and put them in a large bowl. Add the grated yellow cheese and the diced goat and processed cheese and mix all ingredients together.
  2. Fill carefully the peppers with the stuffing, roll them in the flour and dip them into the whipped eggs.
  3. Put the peppers in the greased baking pan and bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Tip: You can also fry the peppers instead of baking them.
