Jellied yogurt with peaches

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 yogurt cup (400g)
  • 200g peeled stewed peaches
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of gelatin


  1. Mix the yogurt and the powdered sugar and whip them together.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water following the instructions on the packet and add it to the yogurt.
  3. Cut the peaches in any shape you want and mix them together with the yogurt.
  4. Pour the mixture into small bowls and put them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. After that, put the bowls in a container with hot water for 20 seconds and turn them upside down on a serving plate.

Tip: You can pour fruit topping on top of this dessert.
