Entrée of broccoli, peppers and chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800g broccoli
  • 4 roasted peppers (200g)
  • 400g chicken fillet
  • 150g yellow cheese
  • 100ml cooking cream
  • 50ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and wash it and julienne the peppers.
  2. Dice the chicken fillet and boil it in salted water.
  3. Arrange the broccoli, the chicken and the peppers in a baking pan greased with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream, mix it together with the other ingredients and grate the yellow cheese on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Tip: You can serve rosé with this dish.
