Nutritional Information: Lyutenitsa contains natural antioxidants - Vitamin C, carotenoids, antocianes, vitamins and mineral substances. For the old-style / finely ground / - from 70 to 90 kcal per 100 grams For the home-made / coarsely ground / - from 120 to 140 kcal per 100 grams
