Culinary School April 2012

Over one hundred interested culinary aficionados had the chance to attend the Culinary School master class demonstration which focused on the promotion and information of Lyutenitsa, Roasted peeled peppers, Rose Jam, Rosehip marmalade and Peach Compote. After a short video introduction local expert chef Dorothy Vasilieva prepared recipes as recommended in the programme brochure.
